Refund policy
Atfenix services are non-refundable. This page explains what that covers.
No refunds
All payments made to Atfenix for hosting, cloud, dedicated server, colocation and managed services are final and non-refundable once an order is placed and the service is provisioned or reserved.
Setup fees, add-ons, licences and one-time charges are likewise non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel a service at any time to stop it renewing. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund or a credit for the unused part of a billing period. The service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Service issues
If a service does not perform as described, contact support first. Where our uptime commitment is missed, the remedy is the service credit described in the Service level agreement, not a cash refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Services may be suspended while a dispute is open.
